For general development, all students of the School of Advanced Engineers will learn the basics of solving engineering and other problems by using the tools of the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, or TRIZ. Entry-level specialists who know programming languages will be able to improve their skills in relevant courses, etc.
Most of the students will have to take advanced training courses and acquire practical skills in nanoCAD programs for developing design and estimate documentation and Compass for working with design documentation. Some of them will be closely involved in drone piloting for subsequent work at the School of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Operators.
Training at the School of Advanced Engineers will be carried out in parallel with the performance of production tasks at the Engineering Center. Working in a team, students will gradually acquire more and more new competencies, which will allow them to become advanced specialists in their field.
- The school was created to empower young professionals with new competencies with the subsequent selection of the best of them for the working groups of the Engineering Center of the Timiryazev Academy.
